All you need to do is fill out our Online Membership Form and when your card is ready we’ll send you an email. You can then pick up your new card from Merthyr Central Library whenever you like and all you need to do is bring 1 proof of address with you.

When you receive your new library card and pin number you will then be able to borrow books, use our computers and get FREE and exclusive access to all of Merthyr Tydfil Public Library Service’s online resources.
